'87 22 Donzi Classic windshield

I have a plexiglass windshield that is held on the boat by a number of hard plastic shoulder washers and stainless steel screws. Most of these washers are either missing or broken. Does anyone have any experience finding replacements for the washers? Attached is a picture of what I have.
