Heritage vs. Phoenix

I am considering a trailer purchase and have been quoted on two makes: Heritage and Phoenix. Both are painted tubular steel construction, bunked, single axle with disc brakes and swing tongue. Anyone have any experience/comments good or bad for these makes?
