97 zx25 value

looking at a 97 zx25. it has a 454ho 340hp bravo 1, aluminum trailer, cockpit cover, 300hrs. overall in good shape...could use new vinyl on the seats as there are tears. top paint could use a little touching up as it is faded a bit. What is a fair price? Also where would a good place to go to get financing?
