That's a 31' 23,000# Alum tank on tracks. It floats too! Inflatable boom with chain ballast.

were you working on the ship? also is there still lots of oil on the surface still?

No oil (I was off Galveston TX) and I don't work on the ship. I went out to observe how these things work. I was all over this ship.
