To all the Canadian Donzi fanatics - enjoy the upcoming long weekend, and be sure to snap a few pics of what for many is the first Donzi splash of the season> Hope the rain lets up in Ontario :canada:

For us forum readers here that are not from Canada.

What exactly is Victoria Day May 2-4 ?
I have never heard of it ?

Is it similar to the USA Forth of July ?
Or a totally different type of holiday ?

At any rete~
I hope all our forum friends from Canada enjoy this holiday weekend .

Brad: It celebrates Queen Victoria's birthday - so a statutory day off (Monday). Typically happens close to the 24th of May - hence the term May 2-4 weekend. In Ontario, it's a big exodus to cottages, typically to open them for the season. Usually the first time many get their boat out of winter hibernation.
