I recently purchased a sweet sixteen. I am thinking about putting trim tabls on and wondered what recommendations I might get as it relates to the best trim tab available for this boat as well as the best trim tab that would be recommended. The sweet sixteen seems to be very sensitive to balancing the ride especially at show speeds.

I installed a set of Bennett M80 tabs on my 16. Bennett has about the best customer service you will find anywhere.

If you are running 65 mph or below, the M80 tabs will be fine. Some have also used the Bennett ST12, with dual rams. My experience with them is that the smaller ones are fine.

Bill.

Thanks for the information. Did the trim tabs seem to help at slow speeds? How hard was the installation?
