try ebay or livoursi marine and dana marine,dana will also have a dual shifter that mounts in the factory location,,the shifter,look for a pic of a 22 donzi shelby,they have the dual shifter in them but its the offshore model....

Mr X did the top mount dual shifter on one of his 22s, if I remember correctly. Are you looking side mount or top mount?
