I chased this wacker all over God's green acre. Had a deal wrapped up when I was in Long Beach and someone scooped me about a year ago this time. Rumor has it that worked its way north and was cavorting somewhere in the great Northwest, or possibly northlands. The other day, my oldest amazingly ran across this clip   and he does not even know the boat. Showed it to me on account of the "cool rooster tail" :shocking: :shocking: Now I have to find it ! Anyone recognize anything let me know. Thanks

ps: it is a 1991 California Cool 24 degree Long Deck, painted fugly 90's green and tan and yes, I know, who cares about yet another weedeater LOL

Jim, I can't be sure on the wacker, but I assume it could be an old 2.4 Mercury 200. Axel, looks like the power trim is broken in the fully trimmed position ! I can't make out the registration markings on the hull so I can't tell what state is might be but maybe someone with a better monitor zoom can tell

Not sure what prop it has on it, but it certainly blows up a hell of a tail :pimp:

Greg, I think the boat needs another motor, to balance it out. HIGH LIFE

It's possible that's Okanagan Lake in BC. I can't make out any definite landmarks, but it's possible.

I sent the link to my cousin who lives on the lake to see if he knows the boat. He knows every inch of the lake, so at the very least he'll be able to tell me if it's the Okanagan or not.

Dual wackers would be tough on this hull as it only has a 6' beam :shades:
I was going to redo it and add a removable race hatch on a lightweight bracket.

It is slow seeing as the motor is probably making about 180hp, best case

Kelowna.......that would make it the Okanagan lake. Haven't heard back from my cousin yet. If it's in Kelowna, he may have seen the boat, but it's unlikely he knows the owner. But you never know.

Sorry Greg, my cousin says no, it is not the Okanagan lake. He thinks it may be the Shuswap Lake. Kelowna is on the Okanagan lake, so if the guy lives there, that's where his main boating will be. If my cousin ever sees the boat, he will try and get the guys number for you.

Why not just try to send the guy a private message through YouTube?
