This looks like a boat I considered purchasing may 15 or so years ago in Sterling Heights? I remember that it was yellow with a black interior. The guy who owned it had a very sweet Silver 63 or 64 Impala.
Could it be the same boat?

Probably not. The boat lived in the U.P. of Michigan until 2002 when I bought it.
