OK guys - I'm back in town after an extended trip, and ready for the 18 to go to a new home. I ran the boat last week and it runs GREAT!

More pictures after Friday when I'm back in town - I can also be reached on the cell @ 518-321-4592.

Best, John

The 18 is seriously for sale and I will consider any offers which are reflective of the true value of this meticulously cared for boat and trailer.
We are expanding our horse farm, and have decided to focus more on the land and the horses, which leaves me precious little time for boating on the lake. I’ll post more pictures when the winter wrap comes off, hopefully in another few weeks. Boat is currently located in the Saratoga Springs area, just south of Lake George, NY.
Strong and fast running (61 MPH on GPS) 1976 Donzi Classic 18 2+3 with numerous upgrades; 350 LT1 300 HP; approx. 480 original hours; Stainless Marine exhaust: 280 Volvo drive with tilt/trim; new paint (topsides, deck/cockpit and outdrive), new 40 gal. fuel tank (deck off renovation), new carpet, upholstery, cockpit and mooring cover, PolyPlanar Stereo/CD, SS Solas and Volvo 23 props; new engine wiring (boat and engine maintained by Performance Marine on Lake George). This boat has been continually upgraded, is very clean and well cared for. Dual Axle all aluminum Ace trailer - - excellent overall condition - many extras - Lake George Dustoff Award Winner 2008 and 2009 - $10,525.00

John, congrats on keeping that wonderful Classic in that kind of shape. There have been quite a few people looking for 12500 to 15000 Donzi Classics in the last few months. The only problem is they want to pay only about $6500 to $8500. Your boat is absolutely perfect for some of those 1st time Donzi Buyers or basically anyone. I keep telling them if they can find a nice Classic for $10,000 they should jump very fast. Yours looks way better than nice. Thanks for offering such a great boat for a extremely affordable price. Great luck with it. Tom

Hey Bill, isn't that what I said, ha ha It just takes a southern boy a lot more words than my buddies in Michigan to express their thoughts. LOL

I'm thinking you aren't asking enough. That boat is gorgeous.
If my 16 were done, I would VERY seriously consider selling it, and buying this one. It is that nice, and I have a preference for that color. At least my last 2 were that color.
Smaller more easily down-loadable water picture, and trailer picture.

I performed all the work he mentioned to this boat after I bought it from Scott Baxter back around 2000.:shocking:

You did a great work with the paint job -- the boat still looks practically new and always gets compliments!
Numerous upgrades have been added since. I've attached a couple of clips from the 2009 Lake George Classic Donzi Club Dust-Off.....one of the best Donzi events going!
