Ocean LEDs are great, and easy to install. Cool spring project for your 22!

Well after a long battle with Ocean Led not having red any where in the US, I found another company that made a really nice light with 6 leds and a stainless housing, here is a pic in murky water, the other is on a plane

I wonder if they just don't keep many red in stock, considering coast guard regs and local laws I doubt many people get them in red. blue and white are the 'safe' colors legally.

I'LL let you know how its goes, they don't seem to like me much as it is, but when they have to pull the book of reg's out to see what I have done wrong , then I tend to get a little "red" considering all the test I had to take to get my License

What's the other company & is the price comparable to OceanLED?

What about these? I found plenty of the OceanLED red lights in stock with a quick Google search...

Weird. The red Amphibian A6 used to be pretty plentiful; we've installed them on a number of boats. Mike Livorsi now offers underwater LEDs also (they look pretty much identical to the A6) but interestingly, no red!

No red because it would be too confusing for local law enforcement....They wouldn't know if you had really cool lights, or if you had just pulled a Tony Soprano. :pimp:
