Great find! I need a pair with red piping... Would be a shame to have to redo them. Is it doable?

Don't do it, find a set in the color scheme you need.

Buddy,
Be careful that boat looks like a 22 and if it is they will not fit you boat.

Bob, I agree, for a few reasons...

Mixing old & new is not always a good idea, also not to be a stirrer of chit, but I dont think you will get them re piped for 150 all in.. Also unless you have had your hands on these & know what to look for the vinyl may look fine but be dried out & the same with the foam therefore rendering it not wise to fool with.

Buddy, I know you are trying to use funds for the project as efficiently as possible to be able to use the boat. But in short, If it doesn't match the way you want, it is better to wait for a used set to pop up that does. Or pay for new with me or whom ever you choose to use.

Hope it helps.. :) Jamie / Lakeside

Im not holding out too much hope anyway. He doesnt answer his phone to ask him what boat they were intended for or return e mails. Anyway I need alot more stuff before sweating seats. The mistress wont get wet till next year anyway... No punn intended..lol

I'm thinking $150 is low as well, probably easier to start over. Looks like wood in the bottom of the bucket from what I can tell, I stopped using wood in about 2004, the sliders are about $100 each, that was the type of bag I used for shipping, those buckets for Minx or 22 Classic.

These seats are brand new..Never used or installed in boat. With original plastic around them..I saw them myself...The boat sold and he has the seats, thats why he is selling them..

the guy is a straight shooter...

Buddy, the 22 interior wont properly fit your 18.. At least not the back seats that is. ;) Jamie / Lakeside

I'm not saying they aren't everything the buyer says, I'm saying don't try to change the piping color. I think he is only selling the buckets, not complete interior, I may be wrong. Those seats are a great deal for someone that needs that color, especially because they are no longer available!

He isnt selling rear seats. 500 for pair seems fair. and if I have someone make my back seat they can repipe the front to match the rear. I called and left message and e mail. We will see if I hear from him

Buddy, just as an FYI, Knots2u used to manufacture all the Donzi seats/cushions with Built-Rite.

As such, his advice is worth listening too.

The thing is, With the long shopping list I have, Im not going to drop $2500 for an interior. I will sit on a milk crate if I have to..lol
