Saw these guys at the Miami show, check these outboards out!! Supercharged LS3's making 557hp, this is some pretty cool stuff

Looks like a very well thought out, and executed project.

I bet it sounds wicked-cool too.

Those are some Humongous outboards. It will be very interesting to see how they perform. You are saving one outboard (1114 hp vs 1050 for triple 350 hp's) with respect to drag, but I have no idea how it works out financially.

The Yamaha 350 (hp) V8 outboard is about $27K.....$30K rigged. What does this , Seven..motor cost...?? DJ

More power less lower units make for more speed, losing an engine or two from from the transom will make up for the heft!

I talked to the guys from seven at the show, for two motors rigged it will cost you about 215k!! This is just the beginning too, they plan for some serious upgrades. These motors are very lightly tuned as of right now, i would presume they are planning to do an ls7 (zr1) motor soon.
