Working on updating the pre-registration forms and the club web site with the MWDC organizing committee right now. The site is accurate for hotel information and logistics info, but we need to update the dates and agendas for AOTH XI. When calling for reservations, dates for the organized portions of the run this year are 5.19, 5.20, and 5.21.

www.mwdonziclub.com

Should have everything up and running shortly, so please check back often.

The MWDC website will be updated next week, but in the mean time, here is the pre-registration form for AOTH XI.

Print it off, fill it out, and send it in by May 1st. See you there!

Thanks Todd,

Sheila and I look forward to the event.

Kinda like a soul cleansing every year and more so this one.

Note to all - its a very dry county. I thought I could make it but way

under estimated consumption. Don't make same mistake. I am thankful for

the person or person's who saw my suffering last year and offered

assistance. I owe you and look forward to paying you back!

The Spring rains came early this year and the lake level is way up.

Should be some awesome rally conditions!

Mabe you should get out there and pick up any debris before we get there for the best AOTH EVER

Your wish is my command, Mick.

We can't control the rain Gods, but the way I see it, we could have some pretty good conditions by rally time. The reason is the lake is at 712 right now. The Corp is going to drop the thing back to 680, which is the level for the dam rehab project. Anything in the water at this point is going to be left high and dry. If takes a lot of rain to raise this thing 32 feet, so unless it rains every day between now and May 19, we have a great chance of being in great shape this year! It could happen and I will take credit for it....

Stopped at the resort today. They have several cabins and condos still available for the weekend. They are a good deal and just up the hill from the marina. Grab them while you can!

Thanks for the reminder today Todd! We booked a three room cabin over a month ago. I am bringing a friend with me this year and I have to go up north to get his signature. It will be in the mail Monday.

I am hearing that the resort is filling up. When I was there last week, they mentioned doing some "Boatels" which would be staying aboard a houseboat in the marina, so ask about them!

Other alternatives:

Pinehurst Lodge:
US 127 S.
Jamestown, KY 42629
270-343-4143
This place is about 6 miles from the ramp at Jamestown resort.

Timber Points: 270-343-2267
This place is about a half mile from the resort and the ramp.

Jamestown Lake Cumberland State Park:
5465 State Park Road
Jamestown, KY 42629
1-800-325-1709
This place is directly across from Jamestown, so you could commute by boat!

Dre,

Chris Booe will be down from Precision Propeller.

Chris_Booe@yamaha-motor.com

We aren't planning on a formal prop testing event on the agenda,
but I bet if you get ahold of Chris, he can grab you a pair of props to try
if he has something on the shelf.

And Buiz, might have something for you from the Grizzly stock, too.

Plenty of choices.

Were newbies from Waterford, Michigan and have a very basic question and to be honest I'm a little embarrased to even ask it, my group will be arriving late thursday PM prably after 11:00pm at the Marina, my plan is to wait until Friday AM to launch our 22. I would appreciate any input from the veterans.

thanks,
Gregg, Tyler and Logan Wright

Not to worry.. when you get to the resort there is a large parking lot were you can park your rig.then there will be people partying down on the docks and just start having fun then fri am there will be people like yourself launching boats we all will be happy to help. then there is a lot to park your trailer for the weekend. they will assign you a dock when you arrive. just walk up to the first donzi lover you see and start asking questions you will feel rite at home. mick

Dont forget your camera, there will be lots of pictures you will want to take and people will also be taking pictures of you as well ( and boat of course).

Also, don't forget to bring your good attitudes........bringing a crappy one will net you a crappy time:eek:.

Looking forward to seeing everyone saturday night,

tom
