I was going through my Donzi files and found my copy of the old 1966 Boating News with our boat in the article before we purchased it from Balboa Marina. I know the second page is posted on the Ad archives section, but here is the first page and a few more. I will try to scan these in better quality later, (I just used my cell phone camera).

Some of these are pretty funny, there is the Edlebrock manifold under "new" products and then some property for sale at the Colorado river for a pretty good 1966 price. Even a picture of Dave Zueschel who built my engine.

I took a pic of the Donzi poster with the 1980 models and also some of the boat literature for the various models.

Enjoy!

If anyone is interested in some of the literature for your particular model, let me know. I can make a color copy for you or scan them.

in the fourth pic it is the Donzi F22 which caught my attention- anyone knows more about this model or still owns one?

Would love to see more pics of this model, seems to be pretty rare...

Late 70's, very rare. Never seen one. May be rarer than the Critters. I believe they were designed by Walters around the same time as the Critters and was the same hull with a different cockpit.

The F-22 is rare. I have seen one, but there are definitely not many of them. :) J

There was an F-22 for sale in NJ at the same time as I decided on the TR.
The F-22 would have required as much work as the TR,
the owner was asking more, AND it would required a different trailer.
While I wanted the F-22, my only choice was the TR.
Dr. Dan made a trip up to see it and took a bunch of pictures which made the decision a lot easier.
Cliff told me there were 9 F-22's built. I bet there aren't many left as they suffer from the same
symptoms that the other larger Chisholm boats did.
Rodger has had an F-22 w/a blown (turbocharged, I think) engine for years.

Are there any F-22's currently known to exist in running condition?

hmm, beautiful- thanks for the pics, George. I must say I fell in love but the chance to get one, especially here in europe, is may be less than zero. Nice design, great boat!

Greg, this one runs.
If you do a search of Donzis for sale, you'll find this one w/the contact info. It was about four years ago.
I don't know if it's still available.

Rodger's runs.
