I saw this listing. Boat looks really good but it out of my price range. Whats the deal with the #17 of 25 ever made?

He says it runs better than it looks? I would say it looks better than it runs, 57mph with a 350? Even my 21 does almost 60mph with a standard 350, so the 18 should go faster than this...:confused:

Although I cannot see the seats, this appears to be one of the 25 Limited Edition Donzi Classic 18's that were made in 1987. As the plaque says, #17. The LE was done with Black top stripe w/red pin stripe on each side. The interior was charcoal grey with red piping. There was evidently 25 made in 3 models, 18 Classic, 20 foot Minx, & the 22 foot Classic. I will say that this is the first one of the 18's I have seen with a windshield. Looks nice. The LE's are always sharp color combo's in my oppinion. As far as performance, that sounds about right. Go with a speed prop, 1 person, & 1/2 tank of fuel, you could see 60 mph or more. Tom
