Two rare Aronow creations are for sale by a Swedish broker. The 1982 Squadron XII 27, with the single 400 hp Cyclone engine, is for sale in Marbella, Spain for $60,000. The 1985 U.S.A. Racing Team 27 Cat. is in Stockholm, Sweden and is available for $40,000. The cat has twin 300 hp Tempest engines.

AGREE,

I almost bought the same boat 10 years ago only white/blue, 482cid owens racing built engine with patterson headers sitting on a Myco trailer, freshwater boat for 17,500. Pretty boat, though.

Got to agree Bob. The asking prices for the boats are way high! Many boaters in Europe like the look of the Squadron XII 27 a lot though, but it will probably go for mid $30's, at the most, eventually. Nice find on the $45,000 one. Looks beautiful indeed in comparison.

Anybody on the forum that has any experience of the Team U.S.A. Cat? Being so wide, it looks very imposing. Curious how it handles?
