Anyone know who owns this boat?

Except for the white boot stripe - it is a clone of my boat. Distance is too great but this one is possibly older than mine - no engine vents.

I believe it's one of the Shepherd Donzis. Not sure who owns it though. There are quite a few old 16s and 18s in Muskoka.
