I am interested in purchasing a Classic 009 and wondered why you had to advertise your boat at less than average retail to finalize a sale? Did you experience problems with your boat? Did a Pompano dealer buy your boat, one is being advertised with your edition number? Also, why did your interior differ from that in the 009 brochure and other pictures I have seen with low back bucket seats and a stripe?

When I called on the ad, I was told the boat and trailer had sold for 65K, and they were waiting to receive the check.

Legend's listing seems to be the last new 009 on the market, good luck.

There is one nearme in Somers Point Nj. 49k. the only bummer about it is that is was bottom painted... what a shame

I have one for sale! It is a 2009 22 009, number 1 of 18. Black hull sides, 496 Magnum H.O (425). All the standard options and features. It is in NEW CONDITION! with only 12 hours of fresh water use. There is not a mark or scratch on it. It was bought new and delivered to Ontario Canada (that is where it is now). It is kept in a boat house, on a lift. it has had 2 oil changes one at 6 hours (fall 2009) and one at 12 hours (fall 2010). It needs nothing. Can be delivered. Asking price is $59,000.00 OBO. The boat is located on Lake Muskoka.
