Is it too early to start planning a Donzi road trip? We travel to Oswego, New York from Northern Ontario for the Supermodified races five or six times a year. Since we are in the area and now that we have the boat I was wondering what boating is like on the Finger Lakes. Beautiful area that we have driven around many times but never taken a boat to. Any suggestions perhaps for launch ramps, overnight trips, points of interest, recommendations or the hots spots would be appreciated.

Finger Lakes has a nice selection of Winery's on the east side. Haven't been there in many years..back in our motorcycle years. We found a nice Winery and had them send us a case of selected wines (annually) for a few years. Once they sent us the wrong stuff..we notified them and they said KEEP what we sent you and we will send you what you asked for. They did.

We rented a house trailer at the south end of Keuka Lake ..almost on the water. It was nice ..homey...wasn't like a motel..

They have a big Antique Boat..Race Boat Regatta on the lake every so often. Miss America VII goes there.

Watkins Glen is right next door...OLD Sportscar racing. :) DJ
