Wow... no bids... and so price friendly:)

Fearless Yachts (rest in peace) has had a Porsche design that hasnt sold out by me. (Fearless 28)

I saw it at John beery yachts when I was looking at the shelbys they had last year...

Its a little cheaper .. only 250k

This is one of the Donzi built 28's. Donzi was building these at the factory back in 2007. The mold seam is turned 90 degrees and runs down the center of the hull & deck. You can see hints a the 28ZX bottom design in this hull. I'm not sure who built the first listed boat.

I remember reading about this a while back in a Porsche mag called Excellence.

Think it had the V8 out of a 928.

I'll see if I can dig up the article. It was pretty cool.

Remember that Porsche Design is NOT the company that makes the cars...in the family, but not the same.

Interesting, but the price is a bit whacky in my opinion.

When I went to the Factory in 07' there was one of these there being detailed to go to it's owner, I remember talking to the employee about it, an absolutely goregus boat, if memory serves correctly I think most went overseas. Steve

The boat powered by the 928 engines was a 32' Tempest Europa. Had a pair of marinized and turbocharged 928S4 motors and was painted metallic silver. Built in Miami circa 1987-1990.

The Porsche factory museum has a marinized 928 V8 on display. Built in '86 for Jackie Ickx. Twin turbo, 748 hp.

I woul think any recent Porsche marine engines would most likely be based off the Cayane/Panorama V8 instead of the old 928 motor.

I didn't know Berry still had the Fearless 28 on hand. I'm not surprised, they got that thing at exactly the wrong time in the market. The best they can hope for is to dump it and swallow whatever loss they take. They must have had it 3 years now.
