My new company, Jackson Hole Argo, Inc., is now in business. It is a full Argo dealership and rental service. I should have my first 2 rental units and for sale units in about 2 weeks. I already have a bunch of interest from Teton County Search and Rescue, Exxon, The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Teton National Park for sales. The rental program is desgined for people who want to access the Wyoming backcountry without being exposed to the elements. It is warm and dry in the Argo. Below are pics of a tracked one for winter us and a untracked one for summer. Also is a video of an Argo going through deep snow.

Given that the versons I used to drive didn't have much (any?) suspension, that could be quite an 'exciting' ride indeed!

Special discounts for Donzi owners? I think we've got a few extra frequent flyer miles still laying around...

While that would be badass, you must have been feeling some turbo vibes from me. I was just looking at a Push Turbo kit for the M-1000.

Don, any Donzi owner gets free rentals and big discounts if you buy. Plus, free accomodations at the Lazy P! :)

We have a place called Granite Hot Springs near us. It is about a 25 minute drive from Jackson to the trialhead. Then it is a 10 mile run on snowmobile or Argo. The hotspring is about the size of a family swimming pool, maybe a little bigger. It is 104 degrees at one end and around 100 at the discharge end. They have grilles out there, changing rooms, etc.... This is the type of trip I will be promoting for the rentals. Going to take Boo Boo and the twins there as soon as I get them in! :)

Another great trip is at Togwotee on top of the Continental Divide. It is about a 20 mile run by snowmobile or Argo to an amazing backcountry lodge called Brooks Lake Lodge. Only way there is by sled or Argo. The serve a fantastic lunch and the scenary is amazing.

The rental program is designed for families, maybe older couples, or people who just don't want to freeze their asses off on a snowmobile but want to see Wyoming in the winter. I think it will be very successful.

Another quick video of some Argo snow fun!!! :)

Wow John, I remember it wasn't too long ago you mentioned an interest in doing this. You sure don't waste any time!

They really look like a kick in the pants. While we're pretty flat here, it'd be great for our swampy terrain. I wish you much luck, hopefully I can get out there one of these days for some skiing and fun stuff!

The top engine is a OHV V-Twin liquid cooled 748cc, 31 hp Kohler Aegis LH 775 with electronic fuel-injection for the 8x8. It is a torque monster with a 3 year warranty. For the 6x6, 4 cycle OHV V-Twin air cooled 627cc, 23hp, Briggs & Statton Cooler Cleaner engine with 20/50 Amp charging system and electronic ignition. It also has a 3 year warranty. The 8x8 is comparable to my Ranger, but is geared lower. The 8x8 and 6x6 have a high and low range also.

They also make an industrial unit that is more like a snow cat called the Centaur. It is a bad ass SOB. Here is the link-

It has a DM 954 DT Daihatsu Turbo diesel, in line 3 cylinder, 4 cycle, liquid cooled.

Well, they sure are capable in deep stuff! Would love to have a mini sno-cat like this.

Sorry about the soundtrack, it's awful. But it's a good video nonetheless:
