For Sale 22 Classic Blackhawk Project Boat. Yes, this is a real Blackhawk hull. The project is about 5 years old and I have had some changes in my personal life that have taken away the motivation to keep working on it. This is for hull/deck/stainless windshield/2 front seats/engine hatch/Trailer only. My plan was to turn this into an Arneson 22, so I have many Arneson and engine parts available also.
I'm not sure where to even price this so how about $8000 to start.
I haven't been on here for a while and am sorry to hear about Big Grizz, may he RIP.

Neat looking project. I am interested in getting 22c and fitting ASD6 drive by removing Bravo 1 with kit from Arneson. What engine/Arneson parts do you have? Do you have engine mounts etc. Looks like you gutted the hull of stringers and floors. I have done a project like this before..alot of work. Let me know what drive parts you have and how much.

I have a complete 1721 with the heavy duty straight cut gears and long propshaft. It includes hydraulics. $4500

I also have a BW Velevet Drive Transmission that was rebuilt with Carbon Fiber clutches and has 9 disks. Built to handle 800+ HP. Zero hours since rebuild $1800

I have a set of Arneson Rocker Plates $1200

The Areneson does not work well on a standard 22 hull, it should do very well on the BH hull due to the rocker in the hull. If you need first hand info PM Donzi he did the swap on a standard 22 and lost quite a bit of speed.

Thanks MOP. good to know. What is rocker in the hull? That would be a huge disappointment to buy all that high dollar Arneson stuff and go slower.

mop i think his problem was he had the wrong prop and had no extension box..he put all the weight forward with the transmission and all..

i think it wouls fly with the proper set up..

A rocker hull,,if you look at a standard 22 from the center to the transom at the lower outer bottom side of the hull its straight,,a rocker hull fron the center to the transom it curves up like a leaf spring but not as much..
