Well I finallly went and did it. After 2 years of searching. I bought a 88 classic off of Craigs, my first Donzi. Flew out of Rochester Ny to Philly were my buddy picked me up and went to go se the boat in NJ. Inspected it, paid for it and hooked to his Avalanche and drove 7 hrs to my house. Its in good shape. All white with a black waterline stripe, no deck stripe. Slightly built 350, Alpha one, tabs, nice trailer. Took it out today 53 degees and a 20 MPH breeze. It's going to be a fun boat!! Thanks for all of your postings that helped know what to look for. Pics will come soon.
Thanks
Scott

Nice, clean looking boat.
That looks like a real sturdy trailer.
If you decide to keep it for a long time, you might consider replacing the rollers w/some bunks. There have been some uneven areas on some older boats that might have originated from roller trailers.
Looks like a good purchase.

Thanks everyone. I probably will change the trailer to bunks soon. My buddy and I spent 30 min trying to get it on the trailer straight saturday. I am used to a bunk trailer. The 20 mph wind was not helping. I realized it does not have a bilge blower. What style does Donzi used a flange mount or an inline?
Thanks
Scott
