Donzi Hull Id Number

Does anyone know if donzi used a hull id number or serial number prior to 1972? If they did was it located anywhere other than the starboard corner of the transom?

I just returned from two weeks out of town to find that my fiberglass man had not even touched the boat. I think I need to get a name from Carbo and drive the boat over to the other coast of FL, his hull looks great.
I did find remnants of the foil sticker and it appears I have hull # 62. I had to get a FL Marine Patrol to inspect the boat in order to get a FL title.
