Complete water pump kits both upper and lower for Merc Alpha Gen1 sterndrive. I bought these for my '86 SeaRay but ended up changing out the drive before I could install them and have since sold the boat.
Part numbers: 46-96148Q 8 Upper Repair Kit and 46-44292A 3 Base Assy-W/P. Both are new and have not been opened. I also have a bunch of gaskets and such left over from previous kits I'll throw in the box as well...
How about $50 delivered in the lower 48?
