First day out with my new 400+383 motor and what a rush.Sorry I am running a 18 classic.I have a 23p mirage 3 blade works great, but the RPM'S are high at 6000.If I go bigger, will the prop bring down my RPM'S.And What should I run.

hat drive you running?? step up to a migage + 27 pitch, that will bring you down on the rpm's..you may even want to try a 4 blade prop because i dont think you can get a mirage + over a 27 pitch

Sorry about that I'm running a alpha and very careful with that.I know it's my week link to my madness.

They make a the M+ up to a 29, but I'm guessing that maybe a tad too much with it's large 15 1/4 diamater, FWIW the worse handling prop I've bolted on my 18 was the 27+ but you won't know til you try, Steve
