Bonnie heard about this system, a little skulking around the net I got mixed reviews.

Looks like it just blows air out of the basement/crawl space/condo.
If you blow air out there has to be air sucking in.

It appears to be only half of the solution. There needs to be a unit
that cleans and condition the air it is sucking in (make up air).
With out make up air the results will be only as good as your current
HVAC's ability to deal with the air being sucked in.

But I could missing something. I always worry about so many smiling happy
family pictures in product ads.

Looks like $1,700 for a glorified window fan, the whole house is A/C with a small unit in the basement along with a dehumidifier. We went with a ductless unit last year for the down stairs, being a 40 year old shack ducting would have eaten up to much space, the ductless is better than fantastic quiet asa mouse and way COOL.
