I just got a new GPS unit from Donzi. How can I tell if it is the new one without the battery or the old one with?

On the back it says Smart GPS receiver / Antenna Model# GM-44-K-FB

The best part of this is I did some searching and found out these Livorsi antennas are $35 antennas made by another company (SANAV).

So, on top of screwing everyone that has the antenna with the battery they are screwing everyone over again by making a huge profit off of fixing the battery or trading up to the one without.
