2003 18 For Sale

Hey guys, Unfortunately I am at the point where I need to go a little bit bigger on the size of my boat so the 18 is back up for sale.

Here are the specs on the boat:

-2003 18 2+3
-2008 350 MPI and 2008 Alpha drive installed
-Mercruiser Product Protection Complete Powertrain Warranty Until September 2015 (everything but the hydraulic steering is covered, EVERYTHING!)
-2007 Real Xtreme Aluminum trailer with Torsion Axles
-Full Custom Sunbrella Cover that covers all the way down the sides and down the transom
-Simrek Drive Shower
-Momo Spargi candy Red Steering Wheel
- Custom military grade anodized and candy apple powdercoated guage bezels
-Mirage 23P propeller
-Skeggard (The drive has never been hit. It was installed for protection)
-Clarion CMD5 Radio
-Garmin Chartplotter Gps (Very Tastefully installed. No holes on the dash) Was over $1,000
-Poly Planar Marine Speakers
-Silent Choice Exhaust
-Livorsi depthsounder
-SEAFIRE Halon System
-Lenco 12x12 Racing Tabs


Mechanical Specs

- 2 month old DEKA 1000 CCA Batteries
-Mercruiser Semi Synthetic ooil change with OEM filter every 20 hours
-Drive oil changed every 30 hours(Using Mercruiser OEM oil)
-Since repower, use was 70% fresh, 30% salt. When used in salt it was flushed for 30 minutes using salt away.


Please note that the new powertrain was installed by a Mercruiser certified mechanic and all components are brand new. This was a complete drop in package from Mercruiser. I spent over $19,000 on the repower alone and the warranty was $2,300.00. The boat did not need a complete repower however I wanted to be 100% sure that I would always to be in a reliable boat under warranty. Since the repower I mostly ran this boat in a 76 acre lake so the engine has spent most of its life at less than 3000 rpm. I have another small boat that I will use at the lake so this one has run its course.


I really do not want to do this but I need a more versatile boat. I have it for sale locally at 26.5k but will sell it to a registry member for 25.5k. If you have any questions please call me at 305-904-5776.

last pic: what's the guys weight on the backseats? This is really sitting low in the water...

That pic was taken in the lake which makes it sit lower as it is. The two in the back are two 11 year olds. I was towing them on the tube. If i remember correctly i was in reverse in that pic to retreive the tube. Thats why it appears low. The other photo where its tied to the dock was at Cabbage Key in the west coast of Fla. Thats how it sits normally. Just like every other 18!:)

Word of wisdom for water skiing and tubing,,never back up! always circle so you don't get the ski rope tangled in the prop..
