It seems like a while back I remember Phil or someone saying they could help a seller get listed on that site. If you would be wiling to help me get it listed, let me know what I would need to do. No worries. If I can free up some cash flow (read: no more payments, boat well expense, insurance, fuel, etc), I'm going to do some things to my house (read furniture, deck, new TV, etc).

I'm not getting out of boating, I just wouldn't mind freeing up a cash flow stream for a while.

I'm going to try to be competitive with price given the current market, etc, but I don't need to (and won't) give it away either.
