Hi everybody. I am officially listing my 2004 Formula 27PC for sale. This is a great pocket cruiser that has served us well for the last 3 seasons. It has always been a fresh water boat and is in excellent condition with no issues and has been well maintained. The oil is clean with 225 hrs on the engines. The drives are serviced, I have maintenance records and documentation for those who are interested. The boat is currently in a well at Belle Maer Harbor in Harrison Township, MI. Accommodations And Layout
Stepping into this vessel from the swim platform you will notice a large wrap around bench seat with removable table to your starboard and a wet bar with storage to port. There is an oversized captain's chair in front of the helm station, a spacious seating area and a walk through windshield that makes getting to the bow of the boat very accessible. In the cabin, the V-berth is in the bow with an adjustable table for eating. Mid ship to port is the galley with plenty of storage space and starboard is the fully enclosed head with shower. The aft cabin is large and comfortable and allows the vessel to sleep four adults.
