1989 Donzi 22z
Rebuilt 454ci 330hp used half of last season, has maybe 30hrs on it.
New manifolds and risers
New starter
New 4 blade stainless prop
Rebuilt raw water pump
Custom paint
Captain's choice with side exhaust
AM/FM with CD
2 batteries

Boat is probably a 7.5 - 8 out of 10. The upholstry is from what I can tell original and in excellent condition for being 21 years old. Paint job is what makes this boat, all airbrushed with a clear coat over it. Very sharp looking, I get a lot of compliments on it. I'm really not sure what to be asking as a selling price, there really aren't many out there to get an idea. I know what I have into the boat is probably more than it's worth. However I have already been bitten by the, I want a bigger boat bug. So even if your not in the market to buy, I would appreciate any input on what you guys think it's worth. Thanks for looking and please feel free to contact me with any questions or if your in the area come and take a look at it. It is currently stored in my barn and can been seen anytime.

Thank You
Greg

I think I remember seeing this boat posted here when you were painting it....no ? Nice work...and I bet it does attract a lot of attention !

I bought it last year from the guy who painted it. He blew the motor in it and didn't want to put anymore money into it. The paint job is what sold me on it though. Any idea what you put on it for a value?

She was "Shocking" or something similar if I'm remembering right...maybe someone else will remember seeing her as well and chime in.

She looks good on the water. Very familiar with the "bug" you speak of, but unfortunately, I cannot help you with her value. All I can say is that, like most things these days, it's probably a better time to be buying a boat than selling one...which is probably not what you want to hear, and probably already know.

What's up Greg? Seeing the boat for sale today on craigslist got me lurking the Donzi registry again and I came upon your f/s ad. Here's links to the overhaul on the boat which may help you. LOTS and LOTS of work went into this boat and now a rebuilt engine. I would think the boats worth 13-14k with the rebuilt motor in it. Who knows though. These are the guys that will know if anyone. Good luck selling and man I miss that boat!
