Kiekaefer trim tab position indicators

I'm looking for parts for Kiekaefer trim tabs on my 2000 32ZF. What I need are the position indicator lines and housing that come off the trim tab. Also the hydraulic line from the pump to the tab. If anybody knows where to find these items & if possible the installation diagram please let me know.

These hydraulic hoses might work for you. Aren't the indicator "lines" simply 33C cables or are you meaning something different? Bill
