I have this much money is my 1967 16 Ski-Sporter project, with LOTS left to spend.

I wonder what's up with the driver's seat?

I saw the old Craigs list ad about this boat last week before it expired with other pic's taken outside including one showing it with a nice fitting cockpit tonneau cover on it and remarked to myself nice price, then a few days later the was gone.
These photos are much better but what is your impression of the drv seat, is it the pedestal or the floor thats causing it to lean over or just the way the seat angle swivels?
This 16 is around 3-1/2 and 4 hr's from me give or take a few minutes, to bad i'm not looking for a 16 but it did catch my eye.........

Looks like it be bent/broken/something IMO, shouldn't lean when turned. But in any case if you like the boat it is a small thing to fix.

I'm not interested, but if the floor tub is shattered/torn thru under the base it isn't a small thing to fix the correct way unless its done 1/2ass with a sandwich pad..

I would hazard a guess the pedestal seat swivels and locks, the "tilt/angle" is due to the angle the picture was taken. It states brand new interior, if it was "broken" I think the seller would mention something?

I would agree with Jeremy, it is the angle of the seat and of the camera.

It is a great deal for a pretty indestructible nice looking package.
