We just had the 454 puled and cleaned up. New mounts, oil pan, pumps, and just about anything else you can think of. Shoud be nice! I will get pictures up soon but I do have old ones of the 454 horizion.

I have the same boat with a 350 Mag with side exhaust. What do you expect the increase in HP will give you in speed? Probably a increase in fuel as well. Jamie
