If he doesnt, I have one that I would part with, its not like brand new, but very useable, I would let it go for $150 plus shipping, it is solid hub, so no need for a flo-torque. I also have a 21 Mirage Plus, that one is in really good condition, would have to get $250 plus shipping for that one, you would have to get a flo torque hub also.
