Wildman is the best around. In the past, Ive always bought boats and restored them myself.Its nice buying a turn key boat from an expert shop.This also will be the fastest boat Ive ever owned.My 28zx went 75 gps.:shades:

Congratulations on a great boat. Was trying to get a friend of mine to head up to Nevada and buy this baby. He dragged his feet and Wildman took her all the way to Florida instead!
Saw Jeff Camire last week and We talked about the great 20.2 and the 20.8. He used to race the 20.2 and said it's quite a bit faster than the 20.8 and more fun to drive. Since I got a Stoker We compared notes and he also mentioned that Al Stoker showed some frustration when the 20.2 came out, but that's all forgotten now and everybody is laughing about it. There are obvious differences between a Stoker, Laveycraft and Baker as far as hull design, but You could easily say that they are first cousins. Great color combination on this boat and it should make You a very happy owner.
Jeff and Chris Camire are the greatest guys to deal with and they are definitely recommended by me as far as any restoration, rigging or uppholstery work that the most demanding customer could ask for. They got a very modern facility and Laveycraft does all the work in-house on any kind of performance boat. I mention this for You other fellows that might be in the South-West and are looking for a trusted top-notch shop. Al Stoker is still the outboard performance-guru out here, but once in a while You can catch him in an inboard Stoker creating a blurr while passing buy. Check this video out of him in a customer of his Stoker;

Fasttrucker,

Ask Wildman to mount one of those 200XS 15" motors he has. You will be shocked at the MPG and it will only loose a few MPH.

Al is since more than 25 years still making brand new Stoker Boats. Check out his web-site;
http://www.johnscustommarine.net/sport_tunnels.cfm
He's got one new 20 SST ready to be rigged if somebody got the itch. Got to agree with Greg regarding the new 200XS 15". That's got to be a sweet little screamer for any of these tunnels or say re-powering of one of those great little Superboat 21 that You got back east :wink:

Drag that 16 OB down to Wildman and donate it to him for free. He'll redo the whole thing and then put a 200xs on it and sell the package for a ton.

His work is that good.........

The your boat will be the first 16 that brakes 80mph on GPS and a piece of history will have been preserved.

After I test drove the Lavy with wildman on sunday,I took it to Key Largo on Monday.Went on a nice cruise with the wife and son.Ran great.Then went out with Catch-22 on Monday in West Palm Bch.She needs a low water pick-up.A Bob,s nose cone will allow me to raise the Pro-Max up to get the Speed and not over heat.So top speed on tuesday was 75.4 gps.Going to have to wait till spring for more testing,heading on back to Maryland and the cold weather..........

We went to a small lake west and south of port orange.Down the street from a "dirt?" race track.Looks like they might run world of outlaws at that track.
It was probably Volusia Racetrack at the corner on Hwy 44 and Tamoka Farms Road.

The promax cut out at high speed.I removed the 3-way valve.I think it was a 1/4 inch:toiletpap way too small.Fuel lines were 5/16 and going to 3/8.Using 1/2 cut off valves with 3/8 hose fittings.Eddie marine fuel sep. uses wix 7 1/2 inch filter with water drain.
