1990 Sweet 16 oil capacity?

I recenty bought a 1990 Sweet 16 with 4.3L Cobra. Can anyone tell me what the oil capacity? I plan to use Castrol straight 30 oil. What do you recommend? I have no manual for it.

Also- anyone have used white seat cushions they would like to sell that would fit?

I have a 1990 with 4.3 litre and a manual. It recommends using straight weight oils because multi-viscosity oil is for autos. 30 weight is good and it says 4.5 qts with filter change. Hope this helps. If you need anything else out of the manual feel free to contact me.
