Painting Lower Leg Silver [Archive]

I sanded down my lower leg yesterday prepping it for paint just to refreshen and add a Skeggard, and I liked what I saw. I know its no IMCO shorty but I was wondering if any of you guys have painted your lower units silver for the look. I dont want it to pass as anything but an Alpha but I think it would look good in silver. Let me know what you guys think....

I like them 2 tone.

One of the companies at the Miami boat show, name evades me now, had their lowers painted in metallic silver and they looked great. You couldn't tell they were painted until you got really close.
