Uploading Video Possibility?

To whom may be able to help...

I have a friend who is trying to upload a video of our 2 16 Ski Sporters and Gold-N'-Rod's 16 running by the dock on Portage Lake, N. Michigan.
He is not able to do it..Can anyone list the steps to make it happen, if indeed it can be done?

How big is the video? I don't know what the limits are, but if it is a huge file, it might not upload.
