Looks like we have another lost and wondering Floridian. I remember reading about this guy when he was in Maryland. Now he has gone even further north.

If another one shows up your whole states body of water will become a No Wake Zone or Safe Manatee Sanctuary and you won't even be able to get on plane within 30 miles of shore. and if two more show up Jimmy Buffet will Move there and put on Concerts to protect them and then the Gov will require "You The People" to Heat the whole Chesepeak Bay (at the taxpayers expense)

Sorry Guys, but I am convinced Manatees are a hoax . . I've been to Florida numerous times , and have never been able to find just one . . and that includes 10 days in the Keys, and the last 9 days we spent on North Captiva and in the area around Pine Island . .
Just like the Lochness Monster . . . . .

Just go to any of the springw on the St. Johns River in the winter.......
You'll see a good chunk of the total popularion.
Or in the spring run anytime in Crystal River.
