There're frequently 7 qt. marine oil pans for SBC's on eBay.
Should be about $80.

Always use a trap door in a marine application, when you back off the throttle it keeps the oil around the oil pump pickup..here's the oil pan Ive been running for 10 yrs and have used it on many other boat applications..just make sure which side the dipstick is on & 1 or 2 piece rear main seal

Be sure and spray it w/some epoxy primer and a good grade of automotive paint or you'll be replacing it in a few years. Boat bilges are notorious for corrosion of sheet metal parts.
