I need to find someone to duplicate this panel.....not the artwork, but the panel itself.
It's aluminum, about .060" thick w/four recessed and csk screw holes.
But for me, the hard part is the rectangular slots.
I need someone who has dies for slots like this.

Anyone?

Rather than make it out of aluminum, how about plexiglass..
That way they can just trace original to plexi..............Ed

Jim, do you have a phone number and a contact name?

Ed, I thought about some sort of plastic. But it really needs to be thinner for indicator clearance.

Have it "water jetted".

George I agree with Planetwarmer. When I was re-doing my switch panel, I had the carbon fiber waterjetted.

I was better than spot on. They held the square hole dimensions to .002.

Ask if they water jet the holes.
