The Aero EV kind of tickles my fancy. Would even consider swapping my
Pantera even for it..But only because it is earth friendly:angel: ...Ed

Too bad not a single one of them is a real 'go down to the dealer and buy it' car. And most of them make claims that seem to be completely out in left field.

But for that I blame the reporter from 'treehugger.com' After all, I can't really expect somebody from a domain name like that to know jack-squat about cars, can I?

Some of them do show production possibilities though, and could be interesting.

I'm calling BS on the specs on the Aero EV, especially the recharge time on 115VAC.

As for buying any of them, the RUF Greenster is a real car that can be purchased now. All it takes is money. RUF has already done several of these, but each is a custom one-off from an existing production Porsche. They do not have an assembly line for these. But you can have one just like it if your checkbook is fat enough.

Electric powered boats are not the future. They are a very healthy present, and have had a very long and beautiful past.
