Which propeller to Donzi Medallion 1995?

I bought my Donzi 255 Medallion this summer. However, it seems to be delievered with the wrong propeller. I need to go at 4000 rpm to make it plane. Which propeller is recommended? Sten.

more info is needed, what engine and hp rating what drive and gear ratio does the boat have. also remember the medallion 255 is a big boat it is going to take some ooomph to get it up on plane
