Actual weight of 80's Hornet III

Has anyone actually weighed their 80's Hornet III. The book says 3000 lbs. But that seems like a very generic number. I am refering to a Hornet III with bbc and trs outdrive/borg-warner trans.

The Donzi sales brochure lists the 87 Hornet III as 3150 lbs gross weight. Not sure how the different engine options factor in.
