Ken Warby I think. He was here at Crescent Lake for the Kilo runs a couple years ago.
Joe you beat me to it! The guy builds and designs his own boats, I watched when he was getting close but did not see this film. Here is a link for more info, I knew there was some stuff on the net.

The record still stands, and many have died trying to do better. If you ever run into Ken, he's very approachable. He enjoys talking about his boat and his record run. Here are a couple of pics I snapped in '06 after one of the Point Pleasant races got rained out. Ken's boat, and me and Ken.
