This might be old news for some, but I thought it is worth posting.
We ran this 38 ZRC at 132 MPH! It is the fastest Donzi made thus far.
Twin 1075's and No. 6 drives. It handles like a dream.

Wow! That is really booking it for a V hull boat. Do you know how much the 38 weighs? Speeds like that are not unusual on cats or tunnels, but Vs rarely seem to break 100. Are you a test driver for Donzi or did this on your own? Bill

Needs some new heads and it should eclipse 150 at whim...

C d m, I did it as test driver at Donzi. It weighs between 8500 and 9000 LBS

MP, It went to Bulgaria, and he ordered another one just like it, as a back up when this one is in the shop.

I bet Mark Smith will not like being mistaken for Josh.....although Mark is just as Gray these days. :shades:

I just bet that if the new owner can afford TWO of these things, he can import some good gas.

That seems amazingly light in consideration that the 38 ZRC Race boats with Bravo's and 525's has a weight of 8,000 lbs with no interior to speak of.

I've heard these are amazingly stable. There is one up in Canada that is Black and Silver with 900's that runs close to this same speed.:)
