That was a fun exercise. It has been a while since I have actually driven Tex's boat. Now that I have a bunch of time in my 26 I have a better means of comparison. It is loads of fun. It rides a bunch like my 26 but flatter. It won't take as much trim and comes out of the hole much better. It also likes running around at 35 mph. My 26....not quite as much. It has great acceleration. I gave Tex a few 80 mph passes.
And for the best part, I got to hear and see mine run. Tex gave me a nice 85 mph pass
